Knockdown of wt1a in prkCI/ζ morphant embryos is not sufficient to ameliorate ectopic tubule expression. At 72 hpf, high levels of ectopic expression of transcripts encoding wt1b, pax2a and podxl are present throughout the tubule domain of prkCI/ζ morphant embryos.
