WISH was used to assess gene expression using antisense riboprobes to detect the combination of (A) wt1a (purple) and cdh17 (red) transcripts in (A) wild-types, (B) prkCI/ζ morphants, (C) ift88 morphants, and (D) tnnt2a morphants. Only prkCI/ζ morphants displayed overlapping expression of wt1a in cdh17-expressing nephron tubule cells. |
