Quantification of human cells

Number of GG16 cells present in the zebrafish midbrain for 1 example larva. The number of cells was determined manually, either by researchers unfamiliar with manual cell counting (unexperienced, mean = 96.3, n = 3), researchers familiar with manual cell counting (experienced, mean = 56.3, n = 3), or determined using the Cellpose pipeline (count = 66, n = 1). Data are represented as mean ± SEM. Graph was created using GraphPad Prism.
