Blockage of FGF Pathway Affected the Translocation of YY1 during Zebrafish Development.
GFP-tagged zebrafish YY1 mRNA (200 pg) was injected into one-cell stage embryos, and treated with DMSO (A-D), Hedgehog pathway inhibitor Cyclopamine (E-H), Notch pathway inhibitor DAPT (I-L), RA pathway inhibitor DEAB (M-P), or FGF pathway inhibitor SU5402 (Q-T) as described previously. Confocal microscopy was performed at 24 hpf using an anti-GFP antibody. Hoechst staining was also performed to mark the nucleus. All embryos were lateral views with anterior to the left.
