Injection of β-Arrestin1 mRNA Induces Ectopic Expression of Hematopoietic Progenitor Markers
WISH analyses of embryos injected with 100 pg GFP mRNA (Ctrl mRNA) or 100 pg β-arrestin1 mRNA (Arrb1 mRNA) at 12 hpf. Riboprobes to hematopoietic progenitor markers lmo2 (A and B), cmyb (C and D), fli1 (E and F) and scl (G and H) were analyzed. Injection of β-arrestin1 mRNA robustly increased the expression of these markers. Embryos are dorsal views with anterior to the top.
