Confocal Microscopy Analyses in β-Arrestin1 Stable Cell Lines
(A) Western-blot analyses of HEK293 stable cell lines stably expressing single copies of human wild type β-arrestin1 (HA-tagged, designated as E3) or 7M β-arrestin1 (HA-tagged, designated as F6). Antibody recognizing endogenous β-arrestin1 and β-arrestin2 was used. (B-I) Wild type β-arrestin1 (B-E, E3 stable line), but not 7M β-arresetin1 (F-I, F6 stable line), could co-localize with YY1-flag in the cytoplasm.
