Neural Markers Remain Normal in β-Arrestin1 and β-Arrestin2 Morphants
WISH analyses of embryos injected with 4 ng control morpholino (Ctrl MO), 4 ng β-arrestin1 morpholino (Arrb1 MO), or 4 ng β-arrestin2 morpholino (Arrb2 MO) at 24 hpf. Riboprobes to midbrain-hindbrain boundary (MHB) marker pax2.1 (A-C, arrowheads indicate the position of MHB), forebrain marker pax6a (D-F) and midbrain-hindbrain marker otx2 (G-I) were analyzed and showed no significant differences within the three groups. All embryos are lateral views with anterior to the left.
