ALS-linked genes at 2dpf in the zebrafish. The expression pattern of 18 ALS-associated genes were investigated using whole mount in situ hybridization in the zebrafish at 2dpf. The genes examined were: (A) prph, (B) matr3l1.2, (C) erbb4a, (D) fig4a, (E) mapta, (F) dctn1b, (G) tia1, (H) vcp, (I) ewsr1a, (J) ewsr1b, (K) hnrnpa1a, (L) hnrnpa1b, (M) chmp2ba, (N) chmp2bb, (O) erbb4b, (P) spg11, (R) fus, and (S) pfn1. Scale bars represent 200 μm.
