Fig. 4 Tcf4 depletion in apcmcr/mcr background rescues the expression of i-fabp, but not trypsin or l-fabp. Apc mutant embryos fail to develop properly polarized enterocytes, whereas in the double-mutant embryos this defect is rescued.
