Expression patterns of nkx2.2a, dlx2a, titf1a, and shh are unchanged in sim1 morphants. Nkx2.2a, dlx2a, titf1a, and shh mRNA was detected by ISHH in embryos that were injected with Morpholino oligonucleotides (MO).
