MicroRNA screen experimental design. (A) Each of the miR candidate gene is cloned in the intron of a green fluorescence reporter, driven by a neutrophil specific lyzC promoter. The plasmid is injected into 1-cell stage zebrafish embryos to induce expression of miR in a subset of neutrophils.
