Hnf1b is translocated to the cytoplasm in prospective CS cells.

Arrows indicate CS cells that have undergone nuclear export of Hnf1b. Histogram on the right indicates ‘corrected total nuclear fluorescence’ (CTNF) of nuclei in the tubule versus nuclei in the CS gland at 22 hpf (n = 8).
