gpr183 is expressed in the hemogenic endothelium (HE) after 24 hpf, and is essential for adult hematopoiesis in zebrafish.(A) Time-course expression of gpr183 ranging from one-cell stage to 36 hpf shows that gpr183 is not expressed before 24 hpf.
