(A) Immunoblot showing that apcmcr zebrafish embryos express higher levels of Lsd1 and Ctbp protein compared to apcwt siblings (at 72hpf). Vinculin is used as a loading control.

(B and C) apcmcr zebrafish were injected with lsd1/corest/control morpholino at the one cell stage. Total protein was harvested at 72hpf. Immunoblotting was performed with the indicated antibodies.
