a Representative images of skin biopsies from healthy subjects (HS) and psoriasis (PS) patients immunostained with a rabbit anti-human CD45 and a mouse anti-PCNA antibody, followed by the secondary antibodies donkey anti-rabbit IgG H&L Alexa Fluor® 488 and goat anti-mouse IgG H&L Alexa Fluor® 594. Sections were counterstained with DAPI and examined under a confocal microscope, Leica STELLARIS 8, and further processed with Leica software and ImageJ. The objective used was x63. Magnification at 63X (scale bar 50 µm).
