(A) Expression of GFP 48 hr after injection of HSV1[LTCMV:GFP] into the optic tectum of zebrafish larvae (3 dpf; maximum intensity projection of confocal stack). Larvae were kept after the injection at 28.5, 32, or 35 °C. (B) Expression of GFP 48 hr after injection of HSV1[LTCMV:GFP] into the optic tectum of a larva at 5 dpf (maximum intensity projection of confocal stack). The larva was kept after the injection at 35 °C.
