Fig 3

Reduced OMRs in hyperglycemic fish were prevented by co-exposure to CBD.

Overall, a significant effect of treatment on the number of positive rotations completed during stimulus presentation was observed (p = 0.004). Hyperglycemic fish completed significantly fewer rotations than Glucose + CBD and Control (p = 0.023 and p = 0.006, respectively). Control n = 14 (3.73 ± 0.79 rotations), Vehicle n = 19 (2.17 ± 0.62 rotations), Drug Control n = 21 (1.86 ± 0.37 rotations), Mannitol + CBD n = 21 (2.18 ± 0.31 rotations), Hyperglycemic/Glucose n = 24 (0.78 ± 0.19 rotations), Glucose + CBD n = 20 (3.05 ± 0.65 rotations). Box and whisker plots are used to show the distribution of biological replicates. * < 0.05, ** < 0.01, and *** < 0.001. Condition = treatment + exposure groups.
