Metronidazole sensitivity in ercc6−/− larvae. (A) Graph showing percent lethality of zebrafish embryos after 24-h exposure to 10 mM metronidazole. (B) Representative images of 5-days post fertilization zebrafish (24 h after treatment). The treated ercc6−/− embryos all died, with death being indicated by cessation of motility and visible heartbeat. Data is from 3 replicate experiments, with 15 fish per group, per experiment and is represented by mean ± SD. Each datapoint represents percent survival from 15 larvae.
