BICD2 is able to interact with CP110.

(A, B) Wild-type RPE-1 cells cultured in normal serum medium were applied for immunoprecipitation analysis with anti-BICD2 (A) or anti-CP110 antibodies (B). (C, D) RPE-1 cells cultured in normal serum medium were infected with lentiviruses carrying the indicated plasmids for 48 h, followed by puromycin treatment for an additional 48 h.
