AChE evaluation of two colistin mixtures. Zebrafish embryos at 6 hpf were exposed to A) A-rich or B) B-rich colistin until 72 hpf where AchE activity was studied. C) Embryos were pre-exposed from 2 to 4 hpf to 0.5 µM of paraoxon. At 72 hpf the TER assay was performed. For statistical analysis One-way ANOVA with Bonferroni’s post-hoc test was performed. * Indicates significant differences with the control. # Indicates significant differences with the colistin group. Statistical difference was considered at p < 0.05 |
