OpenEMMU outperforms commercial kits in evaluating DNA-replicating and mitotic cells

(A) Flow cytometry results comparing OpenEMMU and the Invitrogen kit in terms of EdU fluorescence intensity and the proportion of EdU-labeled cells after a 2-h pulse in hiPSCs (n = 3).

(B) Flow cytometry results comparing EdU fluorescence intensity and the proportion of EdU+ cells in hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes (cTnT+) at day 20 of differentiation (n = 3).

(C) Flow cytometry results comparing EdU fluorescence intensity and the proportion of EdU+ cells in total bone marrow cells of mice injected with EdU for 3 h (n = 3).

(D) Flow cytometry analysis of phosphorylated histone H3 at serine 10 (p-HH3S10+) to detect mitotic cells after click chemistry using OpenEMMU versus the Invitrogen EdU kit, demonstrating a significant reduction in detected mitotic cells with the Invitrogen kit (n = 3).
