Effect of TZP on protein expression of GSK-3β and total AMPK level in zebrafish in old and young age group, A GSK-3β; B AMPK activity. After the treatment of TZP, the level of AMPK was considerably increased in both age groups as compared to HFD group and GSK-3β was reduced in TZP-treated groups.
