Effect of TZP oncognitive impairment in zebrafish in old and young age groups in novel tank diving test, A Time spent in top zone; B Time spent in bottom zone. After treatment with TZP and DPZ time spent in the bottom zone was significantly decreased and time spent in the top zone was significantly increased in both the young and old age groups of zebrafish as compared to HFD group. The statistical data analysis is presented by two-way ANOVA analysis by employing the Bonferroni post-test. Values presented as mean ± SD (p < 0.05), a vs. control, TZP (10 nM) per se, b vs. HFD, c vs. HFD + TZP (10 nM/kg) in both age groups. Values presented as mean ± SD (p < 0.05), α vs. HFD (young age group), β vs. HFD + TZP (young age group) (n = 12). A [F (4, 110) = 0.11, p = 0.9776], B [F (4, 110) = 1.36, p = 0.2522] |
