Fluorescence micrographs of ASC-GFP specks in HEK293T cells individually expressing NLRP1 and exposed to 4 ng/mL of Portimine A, 400 ng/mL of Pinnatoxin H/G or to 4 ng/mL or 400 ng/mL of Portimine B for 12 h.
