(b) Functional verification of the convergence site in PDX1. Plasmids containing fixed point mutations in the PDX1 gene were injected into fish eggs, and the consumption of yolk was calculated (n = 20). Analysis was performed using ANOVA, and the resulting p-value is denoted as (*p-value < .05, **p-value < .01, *** p-value < .001, ****p-value < .0001).
