Numbers represent estimated microscopic rate constants for prephosphorylated WT hCFTR channels gating in ATP at 25°C, with k₋₁ (red) established in the present study. Cyan arrows and numbers illustrate the fractions of bursts that are terminated by ATP hydrolysis and non-hydrolytic dissociation of composite site 2, respectively.
