Fig. 3. Measurement of tyrosinase activity after treatment with S. macrophylla seed extract and fractions. Zebrafish embryos were treated with 0–100 μg/mL of (A) SMCE, (B) SMHF, (C) SMEAF, and (D) SMWF for 24 h. The harvested protein was then added with L-DOPA and the absorbance was measured using a microplate reader at 475 nm. For the positive control, 40 μM of PTU was utilized.
