Fig. 1. Serum exosomal linc-ROR expression of NPC patients and healthy donors and the identification of exosomes collected from the cell conditioned medium. Exosomes containing linc-ROR might be picked up by HUVECs. (A) Exo-linc-ROR levels in NPC patients and healthy volunteers detected by qRT-PCR. (B) Transmission electron microscopy image of exosomes (Scale bar: 100 nm). (C) Nanoparticle tracking analysis showed the size distribution of exosomes collected from CNE2 culture medium. (D) Exosomal markers CD9, ALIX, and tubillin-1 were measured by Western blot. (E) qRT-PCR analysis revealed that linc-ROR expression was increased in HUVECs after 48 h of co-culture with exosomes from CNE2 cell conditioned medium. All data show mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments. (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001, ****P < 0.0001).
