Effects of L. gasseri on HCD-induced oxidative stress and macrophage aggregation in the liver of zebrafish larval. (B) Quantification of ROS staining by measuring the green fluorescence density of zebrafish liver (n = 10). (C) Detection of the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in vivo (n = 10). (D) Infiltration of macrophages in the liver was examined using the reporter transgenic line Tg (mpx:mCherry). Macrophages were labeled with red fluorescence.
