CyA treatment at the 15-somite stage selectively affects endocardial NFATc1 but not myocardial cmlc2 expression. Embryos were treated in CyA solution starting from the 15-somite stage until 25 hpf and analyzed at 25 hpf stage. Ventral view of flat-mounted embryos, anterior is to the top.
