VegfA MO knockdown does not affect endocardial differentiation while arterial differentiation is perturbed. (A-F) Endocardial (arrows) NFATc1 (A,B), cdh5 (C,D) and fli1 expression (E,F) is not significantly affected in VegfA MO injected embryos. Dorsal view of flat-mounted embryos, anterior is to the top.
