(E) Ventricular miR-143 expression at 72 hpf; OFT expression is high at this stage (arrowhead). Expression is also observed in pharyngeal cells. (F) At 5 dpf, transcripts are detected in the ventricle, OFT and in a population of pharyngeal cells. Plastic sections.
