Coronary vessels are largely disconnected in the v12 mutant at 50 dpf. Whole mount O-diansidine staining ofhearts at 50 dpf. (A) Blood cells continuously fill well-organized coronary vessels of a wild type heart. (B) Some blood cells enter into a few large coronary vessels in a v12 mutant heart. Disconnected blood vessels are obvious.
