The intrahepatic biliary network differentiates properly in s445 mutant larvae. Projected confocal images of the liver at 80 hpf. Wild-type (A) and s445 mutant (B) Tg(Tp1-MmHbb:EGFP)um14 larvae visualized for GFP expression. There is no difference in Tg(Tp1-MmHbb:EGFP)um14 expression at 80 hpf, suggesting that biliary epithelial cells differentiate properly in s445 mutant larvae. Ventral views, anterior to the top.
