Effects of a D3 receptor agonist on nicotine-induced behavior in WT and neu1-KO zebrafish. WT and neu1-KO zebrafish were pretreated with the selective dopamine D3 receptor agonist PD128907 (10 µM) by waterborne exposure for 30 min prior to behavioral testing, followed by transfer to the experimental tank containing Nco (2.5 mg/L).
