NAHCP (10 μM) was applied for H2S detection in blood samples (pH = 7.4, 10 mM PBS). (a) Preparation of blood samples: (1) and (2) samples were diluted with 10 mM PBS (pH = 7.4) solution, and then added and without added 100 μM H2S, respectively. (b) Determine H2S in blood samples with a fluorescence spectrophotometer, λex = 420 nm, λem = 533, the λex and λem of slits were both fixed on 5 nm, n = 3. |
