(E) At 18 hpf, drish was broadly expressed in the cranial neural region, while it was restricted to vascular endothelial cells (arrowhead) and the spinal cord (arrow) in the trunk. (F, G) drish expression was absent from vascular endothelial cells in etv2−/− mutants (arrowhead).
