Changes in bmp expression domains are consistent with effects of early Wnt signaling on anterior-posterior patterning. Arrows in G-I mark the anterior endoderm, which is reduced but not completely in Tcf7l1 depleted embryos. ≥ 10 embryos were analyzed for each condition. Scale bar indicates 100 μm.
