Heart morphology and functionality.

(a) Morphological exam of the heart in the whole animal shows evident reduction of size and alteration of shape with adriamycin concentrations of 30 and 40 μM. (b) The graph shows the percentage of animals displaying heart changes. The high standard error proves the variability of the effect.
