Fig. 6 <italic>Erbb2</italic> is expressed by all blastemal cells including macrophages, and particularly pro-inflammatory macrophages.

aTg(mpeg1:mCherry-F/tnfa:eGFP-F) larvae were amputated or not (control) at 3 dpf, and cells were dissociated at 6 or 24 hpA and sorted by FACS.
