Graphs show the percentage of dead embryos at 48 hpf for the three different genotypes and the percentage of dead embryos after microinjection of (A) mouse Ap1g1 WT mRNA, (B) human AP1G1 WT mRNA, (C) human AP1G1 MUT mRNA, and (D) co-injection of human AP1G1 WT/MUT mRNA into ap1g1−/− knockout embryos. Each experiment was repeated three times, and 30 embryos were injected for each condition.
