Quantification of 11-KT following exposure to BPS. (A) Plasma levels of 11-Ketotestosterone (11-KT) (ng/mL of plasma) in male zebrafish after 14 days of exposure to Vehicle (DMSO, control) or BPS (0.5 µg/L). (B) Release of 11-KT by zebrafish testicular explants previously treated with DMSO or BPS (0.5 µg/L) for 14 days.
