Cysts include undifferentiated type A spermatogonia (Aund), type A differentiated spermatogonia (Adiff), type B spermatogonia (SpgB), primary spermatocytes (Spc), and spermatids (Spt). Data are presented as fold change relative to the control group. (B) Number of sperm per field obtained using IMAGEJ Software. Results are expressed as mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM) (n = 6). (*) indicates a significant difference observed between the different groups with p < 0.05; (NS) indicates no significant difference.
