Dopaminergic state in AGTPBP1 KO cells. There was significant difference in the expression levels of TH, DDC, D1DR, D2DR, and DAPRR32 between WT and AGTPBP1 KO cells. LCM treatment led to significantly reduced expression of D1DR, D2DR, and DARPP-32. Although there was also reduced expressions of TH and DDC, they were not statistically significant; C HPLC of HVA in the extracellular medium. There was a significant increase of HVA concentration in AGTPBP1 KO group. LCM treatment led to significantly reduced concentration of HVA in AGTPBP1 KO group. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001, ****p < 0.0001.
