Recovery effect of co‐treatment with MEK specific inhibitors and HCP on cellular melanin content and melanogenesis‐related proteins expression in B16F10 cells. Cells were treated with (or without) 10 μM MEK inhibitor (PD98059) for 1 h and further incubated with 50 μg/mL HCP for 24 h. (a) The cellular melanin content was evaluated. Data are displayed as mean ± SD (n = 3). (b) The expression of melanogenesis‐related proteins was analysed by western blotting.
