AP inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome, regardless of K+ efflux, intracellular ROS, and mitochondrial membrane potential. (a) LPS-primed J774A.1 cells were treated with AP for 2 h and activated with Imiquimod (200 μM) for 1 h. (b,c) LPS-primed J774A.1 cells treated with AP (50 μg/mL) for 2 h and activated with ATP (5 mM) for 5 min.
