Knockdown of Mgst1 suppressed B16 melanoma tumor progression in C57BL/6 mice. C57BL/6 mice were inoculated (subcutaneously, sc) with 0.3 × 106 murine melanoma B16 NT and Mgst1 KD cells on day 0, and starting on day 7, body weights and tumor sizes were measured every day.
