The loss of Elmo1 and Elmo3, respectively, led to an increased diameter of hyaloid blood vessels in zebrafish larvae. (A) Quantification of larval hyaloid vasculature at 120 hpf showed no changes in branches and sprouts but an increase in the vessel diameter in elmo1 −/− compared to elmo1 +/+ . n = 33–37 hyaloids per group.
