(B) Comparison of the wet weight between lepr−/− and wt juveniles from 26 to 40 dpf (exogenous feeding period). Each time-point is the mean of 10–15 fish (±SE). Two-way ANOVA shows significant effects of developmental age [F (5, 145) = 289.3; p < 0.0001] and genotype [F (1, 145) = 17.47: p < 0.0001] for standard length and a significant effect of developmental age [F (2, 84) = 50.45; p < 0.0001], but not genotype [F (1, 84) = 0.6449; p > 0.05] for wet weight. A post-hoc Turkey’s multiple comparison was used to assess for specific pairwise differences (** = p < 0.01).
