Whole-mount in situ hybridization was performed to investigate the expression patterns of uncx4.1 in sibling, tbx6+/+; ripply1-/-, and tbx6+/-; ripply1-/- embryos. The arrowhead shows the polarized expression of uncx4.1 in the anterior PSM. Scale bar, 100 mm.
